At Waste Evolution, we stand behind the quality of our waste removal services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to providing professional, reliable service that meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we want to make it right.
Service Completion Issues: If we fail to complete the agreed-upon service or if the service is not performed to reasonable professional standards, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. This includes situations where items are not properly removed or if we fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice.
Property Damage: In the rare event that our team causes damage to your property during service, we will either arrange for professional repair or provide appropriate compensation. Our comprehensive insurance coverage ensures that legitimate damage claims are handled promptly and fairly.
Service Cancellation: Customers may cancel service up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee, but prepaid amounts will be refunded minus any applicable fees.
Certain situations are not eligible for refunds, including completed services that meet professional standards, changes in customer requirements after service begins, items that cannot be removed due to safety or legal restrictions, and services where the customer has not provided accurate information about the scope of work.
Additionally, refunds are not available for services that have been completed according to the agreed scope, even if the customer changes their mind afterward. Emergency services and same-day services carry premium pricing that is clearly disclosed and are generally non-refundable once begun.
To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of service completion. Provide details about your concern, including your service date, invoice number, and specific issues encountered. We will investigate your request promptly and respond within 2 business days.
Our customer service team will work with you to understand the situation and determine the appropriate resolution. This may include a full refund, partial refund, service credit, or re-performance of the service at no additional charge. Most refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days once approved.
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days, while cash payments will be refunded via company check within 7-10 business days.
For services paid by check, refunds will be issued via company check and mailed to your service address unless otherwise specified. All refunds include appropriate documentation for your records, including the reason for the refund and any applicable reference numbers.
In some cases, we may offer service credits or alternative solutions instead of monetary refunds. Service credits never expire and can be applied to future waste removal services. This option may be preferable for customers who plan to use our services again in the future.
Alternative solutions may include re-performing the service at no charge, providing additional services to address concerns, or offering discounts on future services. Our goal is to find the solution that best addresses your specific situation and ensures your satisfaction.
